Adding Jumbo Shrimp
Finally, we are adding the jumbo shrimp / prawns. We thawed them while we were doing the rest of the cooking, and they are a little cool but close to room temperature so they will cook extremely fast. We toss them into the wok. Since the shrimp are fresh thawed in a small amount of water, a little water goes in with them.Cook covered for about 1 minute.
