Cook, [add water], cook
We keep listening and smelling to make sure things aren't going to burn, just sear. Today we added a small amount (about 5 ml) of water to the covered, cooking ingredients in the wok because we could hear they were getting a little too dried out.
Pause for cooking and water additions if required
