Stirring in the Snap Peas to the Wok Cooking Ingredients
Now that the snap peas have warmed up, we'll give them the real dose of heat for cooking them in the wok. Give them a big stir to mix them into the red bell peppers and mushrooms, fermented black, beans, fresh garlic and ginger root. Get everything well mixed up now. Cover and cook for 1 minute or so - listening for any drying out and/or the start of burning.
