How to cook with a wok | Stop the cooking entirely!

If you are cooking ingredients in the wok recipe that can be eaten raw, you can just pull them from the wok recipe entirely. Want to deal with a larger portion than your sized wok can handle of a recipe with carrots? Serve the carrots with the meal raw - don't even attempt to cook them at all.

Emphasize what we call the 'garnishes' such as apples, pears, peaches and other fruits more strongly with the meal.

Turn your bed of lettuce into a full blown salad with more nuts and seed and high protein sources (and caloric healthy foods like avocado). You'll soon find that you have more food that you can handle, but you aren't over loading the wok to try to cook it all!
