Cook, add water, cook
1) Now we let the beans, ginger, garlic, yellow bell peppers and portabella mushrooms cook covered for about a minute. We aren't adding any additional ingredients or anything else just yet. Listen and smell, if you smell burning, don't wait but got to step 2 right away.
2) Without lifting the lid of the wok, add about 10 ml of water (1 tablespoon)
3) Let the mixture cook for about another 2 minutes. Listen as you can hear when the water begins to be gone altogether. You can hear the difference between wet cooking and dry cooking.
4) When approximate 2 minutes are up, go to the next step.
