Adding Portabella Mushrooms

Now we add the mushroom pieces tossing them in on top of the red bell peppers. We don't stir anything yet to leave the fermented black beans, fresh garlic and fresh ginger on the bottom next to the heat of the hot wok. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 1 minute or until you hear or smell that things might be beginning to get close to burning.
