Healthy Shrimp Recipes - NOT | NOT Butter

No healthy shrimp recipe or healthy prawn recipe has cups and cups of butter! No healthy shrimp recipe should have any butter at all! Butter is flat out bad for you. There is no exception, and no amount of butter is part of a healthy recipe. There is no way to cook butter carefully or using a secret recipe that transforms unhealthy butter into healthy butter. There is no hidden health benefit to having 'one teaspoon of butter'  in a recipe instead of  more.

Every bit if butter you add to any recipe is bad. The more butter you add to any recipe the less healthy the recipe gets for you. Shrimp and prawns (despite some rumors otherwise) are in fact healthy foods for you to eat because the health benefits of prawns and shrimp outweigh the fact that they have some cholesterol.

Butter has no health benefits to outweigh the unhealthy fats and cholesterol in butter. Don't make a healthy shrimp recipe an unhealthy recipe by using butter.
