Perhaps the biggest frauds when it comes to shrimp and prawn recipes billed as healthy shrimp recipes are shrimp and prawn recipes which stew the shrimps in massive quantities of butter. We should all know by now that butter is a terrible part of any diet and should be eliminated entirely. Don't believe any so called healthy shrimp recipe if it has any butter in it at all. You don't want or need butter in a healthy prawn recipe or shrimp recipe.
