Adding the Prawns to the cooking wok ingredients

Now we uncover and add the prawns to the cooking wok ingredients. You can see from the photograph that the vegetables are getting near to be completely cooked. The prawns were thawing while we cooked the vegetables in the wok up to this point. They are cool, but not cold. We leave them at the top of the cooking ingredients in the wok and cook covered for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. This gets the prawns heated up and just starting to cook without cooling off the already cooking vegetable ingredients in the wok.
