Jumbo Shrimp in Wok Cooking Away
In this photo we see one of the shelled jumbo shrimp cooking and the back end of one of he shell-on jumbo shrimp / prawns. You can see that the shelled jumbo shrimp is already nearly completely cooked. It has begun to curl up and is turning white and getting firm. You don't want to cook the jumbo shrimp / prawns much more than this. You do not want them to shrink up and loose their moisture. You can see that the vegetable ingredients and the mushrooms cooking in the wok are mostly completely cooked. We cover and cook another 30 seconds approximately (since we keep lifting the lid to take photographs, the lid on wok cooking time is split into several short segments).
