Portabella Mushrooms added to the Wok
Still without stirring anything we add immediately the portabella mushrooms on top of the yellow bell peppers. We'll not stir anything yet for a bit as we want the fermented black beans, garlic and fresh ginger root to be on the bottom of the wok where it is hottest to give them a good head start in cooking so that they will impart their flavor to the other ingredients as they are cooking in the wok.
